Diamond wedding card

Hi everybody, why is it when i get asked to make a card do i spend so much thinking time about what the recipient will like and disregard each idea i come up with until its ..."right i must get this card done"  as i am running out of time!
I was asked by my MIL to make a "Diamond Wedding Anniversary" card for my sis-in-law's parents and after thinking all week.."what am i going to do....what am i going to do"  i set too last night and came up with a beautiful card which i am proud of and didn't really want to hand over ..lol !  Well i'll let you judge for yourself so here it is.

I used a computer generated message and just a simple band across the middle with some really elegant paper on top of a band of silver mirri card punched along the edge with a Friskers edge punch ... it's a shame you can't see the paper to its full effect as its silver embossed!  I added a ribbon with a diamante brad in the centre and some up above.

Hope you also like it ... i would love to know what you think.
ps... ribbon is cut better than it looks on the pic !!

Thanks for looking

Digital cards

Hi everybody, I have made these two cards with my digital program, they were made for my two niece's (who are twins) for their 21st birthdays. The first one for Sarah-Louise shows her sitting on the horse (i decoupages her three times) she is studying "dressage with horses" at agricultural college and hopes to become a vet!

Second one is for her sister Anna-Marie who loves photagraphy, the pic on the card are personal to her! The theme was supposed to be an airmail letter as she would like to travel but i had to cut the red and blue cheverons from the edge that is on airmail letters as it didn't look right on the backing papers i was using.

Ruby Wedding card

I was asked by a friend to make a Ruby Wedding card from the design of a card i made in June ...i used a red ribbon instead of the white one on the previous and silver behind the heart to make it stand out more.

Mono Colour card

Hello everybody, sorry its been a while since i shared a card with you. This one is being entered in the  Crafters ReUnited forum "July Inspirationals challenge" its navy rather than black. I made it for a friends birthday and thought it would fit the profile perfectly for the challenge.

Hope you like it....wish me luck!!
