Little birds!

A friend asked me to make a card for her for a friend who likes birds, i found this print out sheet that i've had for ages and made an easil card for her ... i'm pleased to say she loved it. I added some gems (after i took the pic) to the top and bottom of the front. Sorry the pic is a bit out of focus ...i had to take it in a hurry and the light wasn't good.

Mother and son Christening cards!

Last week my niece and her baby son was christened, it was a lovely service and the church was decorated beautifully for the Queens Jubilee, also a flower festival was being held there that week.

I used a Clipart fairy set for Holly's card and added lots of Glamour dust.

George Williams Card was made using a computer generated message, i punched the strip across the centre of the card with a Martha Stewart punch. The cross was made from a set of die's from Spellbinders. The image is from a pre-coloured set from Lili of the Valley.

I have entered this card in the Ribbon Girl challenge.

Another image i have coloured!

Well as the heading says "another image i have coloured" oooh! As I've said before ....I'm not very good at colouring with promarkers, i can't seem to get the shading right! I think i prefer watercolours best!

I've made this card for my nephew who's 14 this birthday and is learning to play the guitar. The background was made in "Serif Craft Artist" the papers i used and the star came from as set i bought from "The Clipart Fairy" the image was a digital one but can't remember who it was from ....i will let you know when i find out!

I have entered this card in the Digital Tuesday challenge "Anything goes"

Thanks for looking.

Tilda with rose

I have had this Tilda with Rose stamp for a ages, i was fortunate to win it on one of Bev Rochester's blog candy's months ago. I am not very good at colouring with promarkers, i get on better with watercolours for shading.... i never felt my images were good enough to post (most go in the bin) but after a bit of practice i thought i would show this one. I made it for a friend who loves Tilda!

The backing papers i used came from a set by Papercraft "Tilda Paperstack" and the message was computer generated!

I have entered this card in " Midweek Magnolias" Anything goes!

Golf from Hunkydory

Another card from Hunkydory, golf this time!  I made this one for my brother-in-law's birthday.

I used a A4 background card for the main card and folded it twice so you could see the landscaped images on it, i then used a topper half mounted onto the front. Nice and simple when you are in a hurry.

Any one for Cricket !

Hi hope everybody is having a lovely weekend.  Brian and I have just come back from spending a lovely few days in Nottingham, while we were there we went to see the cricket at Trent Bridge ..... not that i know much about cricket but i bought a Bead magazine in a lovely bead shop i found in Nottingham so i enjoyed looking at that while sitting in the sun.

We also visited Derby and Lincoln, we visited the cathedral in Lincoln which was amazing! I will post some pic when i get them sorted.
